terms of service

GENERAL TOS- I may accept or decline a commission- You are welcome to ask about the commission status but please, dont rush me- Be very specific with what you want. If you don't have a reference for poses, I will take the liberty of choosing for you- You are entitled to three revisions during the sketching stage; once the lineart begins, there is no turning back.You will also be sent the flat colors before the final coloring begins.- Character limit per art pic:
* 3 for full-color and painted portraits
* 6 for sketches and flat colors.- No changes or refunds are available once the finished drawing has been delivered! (This applies to color, background, or details; ANY SUCH REQUESTS WILL INCUR AN EXTRA COST.)PAYMENT- Payment in advance (full price)- I accept Paypal, Ko-fi and bank transfer (only Mexico)- Protocol: All my payments are made via invoice, whether for first-time customers or regular clients, so it is MANDATORY to wait for me to send you the invoice before making the payment.For security, once I send you the PayPal invoice, please do not include a description when making the payment. Payment processors have been severely censoring artists and creators since 2025 for any words or emojis. So, please refrain from adding a description for the security of my account. This also includes tips (the latter is optional💛)- NO REFUNDS!DELIVERY- Sketch and flat colors: less than a month.- Full color and painted portraits: starting at a month and a half (depending on the drawing's complexity, revisions, and/or background).- I only prioritize delivery for birthday gifts (though this depends on the time required to complete the piece).EXTRA- Any non-private commission will be posted (from WIPs and line art to the final version) on my server and certain social media platforms; please let me know if you have any issues with this.Also, when the finished commission is posted, please let me know if I should tag you (using your username) or list it as "anonymous" instead.- Due to algorithm-related reasons, commissions are only posted on my server and Bluesky. You are, of course, welcome to share your commissioned pieces (tagging me isn't required, though I’d appreciate credit if you do).
